Please Note:

• 1 Day = 1 business day.
• A full day counts on orders received before 12 noon EST
• Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order being placed
• Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping address.

Return Policy

Our money back guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is defective, or you have simply changed your mind then, provided that it is in its original condition and unpersonalized, you can return it to us for prompt replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Unless there has been a error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on 'Personalized' items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalization and dates. Please make sure to confirm the correct spelling and personalized information while placing your order.
